What we check on a factory site visit
- Plot shape and slope — regular rectangular plots sloping towards north or east work best.
- Main gate placement in the auspicious pada of the north or east boundary.
- Raw material store in the south-west, finished goods in the north-west for faster dispatch.
- Owner's and admin cabin in the south-west, facing north or east while seated.
- Toilets and waste away from the north-east and away from the centre.
- Underground water tank in the north-east, overhead tank in the west or south-west.
- Staff canteen in the south-east, rest area away from machinery flow.
- Security cabin near the north-west or south-east corner of the boundary.
How a factory consultation works
- 1. Share your drawing. Send the plot plan, shed layout and machine list on WhatsApp or email.
- 2. Site study. On-site visit across Delhi NCR with compass readings, or a detailed online study with photographs and directions for units elsewhere in India.
- 3. Correction plan. A written, priority-ordered report — what to change this week, this quarter and only at the next expansion.
- 4. Follow-up. Support while the changes are implemented, and a review once production settles.
